Phil brings a diverse and extensive background to Superheat, with a career spanning the British Armed Forces, steelworks, chemical plants, mining, and automation engineering sales. His journey began in engineering school with the British Army, where he honed his technical and leadership skills before transitioning into various industrial sectors. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of industry challenges make him a valuable asset to our team and clients alike.
When asked what attracted him to Superheat, Phil highlighted the company’s unique approach to on-site heat treatment. Recognizing the impact of our innovative solutions, he saw an opportunity to bring value to industries that rely on heat treatment services.
